Here is a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.activehistory.co.uk\/newhistory\/Calendar.pdf\">FREE printable calendar<\/a>\u00a0providing notable anniversaries (multiples of 50 years only) for research, discussion, assemblies and personal projects.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ideas for student tasks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose one event to research further and deliver a class presentation on it<\/li>\n<li>As above, but conduct a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.classtools.net\/blog\/balloon-debates\/\">balloon debate<\/a>\u00a0to determine which was the most significant anniversary that month (based on\u00a0<strong>Who?<\/strong>\u00a0affects a large amount of people \/\u00a0<strong>Where?<\/strong>\u00a0affects a large area \/\u00a0<strong>When?<\/strong>\u00a0has an impact over a long period of time)<\/li>\n<li>Design a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.classtools.net\/blog\/design-a-hollywood-film-poster\/\">film advert<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.classtools.net\/blog\/create-a-meme-poster-for-the-topic\/\">meme poster<\/a>\u00a0to accompany an event of your choice<\/li>\n<li>Create a timeline of what you consider to be the most interesting events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2.
