Easier account management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Members now have a proper ActiveHistory account, with secure login and password-reset facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>? Simpler subscriptions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Memberships are now handled through a more streamlined subscription system, including <strong>recurring payments and automatic renewal<\/strong> where selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>? Easier renewals and upgrades<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Existing members can renew without creating a new account, and Individual members can upgrade to a <strong>Whole School licence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>? Better payment and invoice handling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment information, receipts and account details are now handled as part of the new membership system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>? Better support for Whole School memberships<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Whole School accounts have dedicated teacher access and improved handling of teacher passwords and school details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a major behind-the-scenes upgrade &#8211; but the aim is simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Less hassle for members.
