It is 1963. You are the Shah’s senior political adviser. Iran is modernising rapidly — but every reform risks creating new enemies.
Over the next 16 years, you must advise the Shah on 10 crucial decisions, while trying to maintain support from five powerful groups:
- The clergy
- Reformers
- The United States
- The army
- Bazaar merchants
The catch? The Shah will always make the decisions he made in history. Your job is to decide whether you could have advised him better.
